Program

Reims 2023

The first edition of the Sparkling Wine Forum was marked by 34 presentations from researchers from the Champagne region, as well as other regions producing sparkling wines in France and abroad. These presentations benefited from the contribution of the most active companies in innovation within the sparkling wine sector, aiming to address current concerns on the theme “How can sparkling wines face climate change?”

The various presentations covered the entire value chain of the sparkling wine industry: from viticulture and the environment to oenology and the expectations of marketing and consumers.
