The first edition of Sparkling Wine Forum fully addressed the current concerns of players in the sparkling wine sector around the issue «How can effervescent wines cope with climate change?». For this, several conferences and targeted interventions were organized with the intervention of researchers from Champagne but also from other regions of sparkling wines in France and abroad. The sector’s most innovative companies also took the floor to present their research and development strategy or unveil new offers and products.

Sparkling Wine Forum : innovation in the sparkling wine industry

Sparkling Wine Forum is a conference that proposes to make the link between the field of research and economic development and innovation at all levels of the sparkling wine sector. It is a professional event for producers of sparkling wines, companies in the sector, oenologists, project managers, specialized press, etc.

The objective is to bring together the innovations developed in the world at the service of the sparkling wine sector and to share them with the various actors of the local fabric of the region that hosts the event. Resolutely international, the future editions of the Sparkling Wine Forum will be organized according to a principle of alternation between France and other host countries, main producers of sparkling wines.

Sparkling Wine Forum is an event born at the initiative of EFFEVENT, a French company that also organises the VITeff trade show, and aims to position Champagne as an international crossroads ofmake and excellence for the entire sparkling wine sector.
